What is the 4th of July celebrated for?

The Declaration of Independence. We celebrate American Independence Day on the Fourth of July every year. We think of July 4, 1776 as a day that represents the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation.

Well, you might not know this, but celebrating 4th of July CAN affect your sleep.

[ wanna know how ] I’ve got you covered.

This year 4th of July falls on a Thursday, that’s mid-week day off from work. Nearly a third of American workers say they get fewer than six hours of sleep a night, and while we don’t expect that tostop anyone from celebrating Independence Day, there are a few ways to combat the effects of skimping on sleep to salute the grand old flag.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Luckily many of these can easily be managed and addressed with a bit of effort and attention. Take a look below:

* Drinking a cup of coffee after dinner

* Swiping through dating apps before hitting the pillow.

* Doing an intense workout at night.

* Eating your last meal right before you go to bed.

Enjoy celebrating the 4th of July - but be watchful on how much Zzz’s you get afterwards.
