Here is MY story......................
Well, here I was sitting in my bed, thinking it was Thursday night. I had a bowl of Ice Cream with M&M on top and hot fudge. I was feeling dazed. Unfortunately, I was overweight and couldn’t stop eating, unhappy. I looked at the walls of my room and thought I saw my dead grandmother - OMG - What just happened? Time went on, I eventually fell asleep -- [ 14 hours later I woke up - ] Back at the wall where I thought I saw my dead grandmother? [ oh, that never happened], I was just paranoid. [ and it wasn’t Thursday, it was only Monday]. I can’t lie about the Ice Cream - that was true, I WAS eating that]. I was overweight and unhappy.
When reality finally hit me - I researched whey I saw my dead grandmother and thought it was weird and it was the wrong day. These symptoms are affected by not getting enough sleep.
I wanted to find out more about this of sleep deprivation, so I went to school and got myself Certified as a Sleep Coach.
With this information and what I felt, I want to share it with you.
