- death

Is it ‘safe’ to take sleeping pills?

While prolonged taking sleeping pills, this can worsen side effects and sometimes be dangerous, especially with prescription painkillers & other sedatives.

>>>>>>> Besides sleeping pills, why not try sleep aids?

Sleep aids are non addictive.

Over-the-counter sleep aids might help temporarily —- BUT lifestyle changes are usually the BEST APPROACH for chronic insomnia.

Here are some:

  • Benedryl

  • Aleve

  • Unisom

  • Melatonin

  • Valerian

[ NOTE: don’t take any medication unless directed by your pharmacist ]
