You might ask yourself, what does PMS have to do with sleep?

Actually, PMS, gives you insomnia. Can’t sleep before you get your period? Rising and falling levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone, which regulate the menstral cycle, can affect a woman’s ability to fall and stay asleep — as well as influence the quality of her sleep.

So, I’d say, pick 1 of these oils and try. I, personally have tried Peppermint [ as soon as I feel the tightness in my abdomen ] I’ll use 2 -3 drops of Peppermint and a Carrier oil [ 2 drops ] and rub it on my abdomen.

WIthin a few minutes, the tightness is gone.
